Olga joined our office in 2014 and has been an invaluable member of our service team since 2015. With her license in Property and Casualty insurance, she is committed to delivering outstanding care to our State Farm customers. Olga takes great pride in assisting our valued customers by seamlessly connecting them with the most suitable team member to meet their specific needs. Additionally, she is bilingual in English and Spanish, and her family hails from El Salvador.

Charity has been employed in the insurance industry since 2008 and became a part of our team in 2014. Throughout her career, Charity has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in managing customer inquiries and promptly resolving their specific concerns. She possesses licenses in auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and health insurance, and also serves as a bank representative.
